Freddy

   A Grade with Freddy It is great to be able to write this report after a good win on the weekend. Our first two games were poor but our game against the Bays on the weekend saw much more cohesion as a team.
Good to see unheralded players like Grimmy playing good footy, an indication of his solid pre season. With players of the calibre of Foss, Chad Clothier, Josh Trezise and Eddie Wilson to return in the next few weeks, we certainly look forward to the rest of the season.
We have, however, only won the one game so we all need to keep working together to ensure we ‘make it happen’ on the field and never be satisfied where we are at.
With the Reserves playing so well there is pressure on spots so not one player can take for granted their spot in either side which can only auger well for the club.
Congratulations to Jake Hastings for his debut last week and with his performance it looks like he may be a long term member of this side.
Remember we are only as good as our next performance.
